6th June. D Day. Pegasus Bridge. 5 call home…

So today, on the most important day of the operation, we were lucky enough to have been invited to set up in the grounds of the Pegasus Bridge museum and memorial. A fantastic place ( you must go ) to be on this day and not only keep the memories alive, but join in the celebrations in France where the change began.

There are a lot of pictures so I'll leave this post for the Famous Five adventures and write a separate post of my thoughts and memories of the day.
